URBANEK is a brand run by a family farm that has been producing natural juices, oils, vinegars, honey, and other preserves for years. The aim of the project was to create a modern B2C online store where the customer immediately feels the “taste of nature straight from the farmer,” while easily making purchases on their phone or computer.
The task of WEB Koncept was to design a complete experience: from visual identification on the site, through banners, icons, and graphics, to descriptions of all products and content for subpages. Each category – such as juices, honey, or oils – received its own character and dedicated messaging, making it easy for customers to navigate the offer and understand the differences between products. Separate product page templates (for example, different ones for apples, others for honey) help highlight the features of each specific assortment group.
The store quickly began generating significant traffic and sales. Initially, it ran on shared hosting, but the number of orders was growing so dynamically that migration to an efficient VPS server became necessary. The store now handles up to about 300 orders a day, and there have been situations where more than 2,000 unique users visited the site in just 30 minutes – all without any downtime. The server is configured to easily withstand such spikes in visits.
As part of the project, a separate “Distillates” zone was also created, with an age confirmation window and an ordering process prepared in accordance with legal guidelines. For the user, it is a convenient way to reserve alcoholic products, and for the owner – a safe method of presenting this part of the offer online.
